6-week Prenatal Yoga & Movement Program
A 6-week experience for expecting mothers who want to prepare for birth physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually while being held in a supportive community of women walking the same path.

The Prenatal Program will consist of:
6 Weekly Prenatal Yoga & Movement Classes from 6-7PM on:
June 9, 16, 23, 30
July 7, 14
and
a Holistic Birth Workshop on the 19th of July from 10:30AM - 1PM.
During the workshop we will cover different topics that are crucial to understand for your empowered birth experience, think about:
Physiology of birth, Do's and don'ts, How to create a birth plan, Hypnobirthing techniques for pain management, Your rights and choices at the hospital or at home with a midwife, Phases of labor and birth etc.
All classes and workshops take place in SpiritiMondi Yoga Studio

When can I start?
This program is suitable from approximately week 8 of pregnancy onward.
Do I need yoga experience?
No. Everything is adapted to your stage of pregnancy.
Can I join if this is my first baby?
Absolutely. You can join no matter how many babies you’ve had.
Can I participate with discomfort or pelvic pain?
Practices are modified to support your individual needs.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, water, and an open heart.
