Birth is a sacred threshold, it’s a one-in-a-lifetime- moment that changes you for the rest of your life. And guess what? The way a partner shows up can shape the entire experience.


Anchored in Love is an intentional workshop for birth partners who want to support a physiological, empowered, and connected birth with confidence, presence, and heart.

Why partner presence matters

A birthing woman’s body opens best when she feels safe.

When a partner is calm, informed, and emotionally available:

  • Oxytocin (the hormone of love & birth) flows

  • Fear hormones soften

  • The body trusts the process

Your presence directly influences how birth unfolds: physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What You’ll Learn

In Anchored in Love, birth partners will learn:

  • How physiological birth works (and how partners influence it)

  • The role of oxytocin, adrenaline, and safety

  • How to support without controlling or fixing

  • What to do during different phases of labor

  • How to ground the birthing space emotionally & energetically

  • The rights and choices in the hospital setting and how to navigate it best

The partner’s role is to hold the field, to be the anchor so the birthing mother can surrender fully. This workshop honors birth not just as a physical event, but as an initiation into parenthood and deeper connection.
